My order is missing, what should I do?

If our delivery partners are advising that there is a delay to the delivery of your order, or that the parcel has been misplaced in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can help to locate your parcel with our delivery partners.

If your parcel has gone missing, or cannot be located, we will be able to help with a replacement order. Please note that there may be a manufacturing/ procurement delay in processing replacement orders, depending on stock availability.
