When tracking your order through our Online Order Tracker, you may see the status: "Delivery Date Updated".
This is usually seen when a pro forma invoice has not been paid on the same day it was raised, resulting in the estimated delivery date being pushed back.
On occasions where our delivery dates may be delayed, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to provide an update. This is usually due to an unforeseen delay with our manufacturers and we will do our best to improve any delays where possible.
If there are multiple lines on your order, and you require some lines to be shipped separately to prevent delays, please Contact Us so that this can be arranged.
