Accu Wins Award For Best Digital Customer Experience

We are immensely proud to announce that Accu won the Bronze Award for Best Digital Customer Experience at the prestigious UK CXA '23 Awards hosted by Awards International at Wembley Stadium, London.

Awards International® has successfully organised international business awards programmes since 2009, providing fair and transparent recognition to businesses across a range of industries throughout the UK and in many other countries, including the US and across Europe.

In the application stage, the CX Awards require a written entry that spotlights a recently introduced business initiative. This initiative must demonstrate measurable impacts and benefits both to the growth of the company and to its stakeholders.

This is then followed by a live presentation to the awards panel, showcasing the behind-the-scenes work that went into developing and implementing the initiative, with a view of the innovation and creativity required to achieve success.

With equal weighting between the written entry and live presentation, it’s a thorough measure of the organisations’ commitment to creating long term improvements to their processes for the direct benefit of their customers.

Accu entered 3 categories in the 2023 UK Customer Experience Awards. The categories were - Best Use of Customer Insight & Feedback, Customers at the Heart of Everything and Best Digital Customer Experience; with a Bronze Award being achieved in the latter.

With the Silver award going to the industry-leading Smart Pension, a digital-first pension marketplace, and the Gold award being given to telecom giants Vodafone, it’s clear that Accu is quickly making a splash in the world of Customer Experience recognition, despite the competition and we have no plans to slow down.

In fact, in the Best Digital Customer Experience category, Accu scored higher than the UK CX Awards Overall Winners talkmobile!

Achievements like this really are a testament to our unwavering dedication to offering excellent experiences to each and every one of our customers from around the world.
