What are Torx Countersunk Concrete Screws?

The original self-tapping anchor designed for fastening into materials such as concrete block, brick and stone, this Thunderbolt™ Masonry Anchor is fitted with a Torx drive to offer high torque transmission during installation and increased resistance to cam out.

This Masonry Screw features a Countersunk head which provides a smooth finish, sitting flush with the mating surface once fixed in place.

Thunderbolt’s specialist self tapping masonry screws are designed to be a one-piece, non-expanding anchor, meaning no wall plug or resin is required to use this fastener for close to edge fixtures.

Torx Countersunk Masonry Anchors are manufactured from Steel in a Zinc & Yellow finish.

Sizes.

Accu’s Torx Countersunk Thunderbolt Masonry Anchors are supplied in metric sizes, with the drill sizes available in 5mm and 6mm options and anchor lengths ranging from 30mm to 150mm.

Torx drive sizes for this range are T25 (for 5mm thread diameter) and T30 (for 6mm diameter).
