Discover more about the Countersunk Blind Rivets range.
Countersunk Blind Rivets, are a type of unthreaded fastener used to join 2 or more panels together. Featuring a countersunk head designed to allow the fastener to sit flush with the surface of the panel, this type of Blind Rivet is selected for applications where there is limited or no access to the rear side.
Composed of 2 core pieces, a rivet body and a mandrel, a riveting tool is used to pull the mandrel, eventually causing it to snap off and be discarded. This results in building pressure, causing the rivet body to be compressed in length and expand in diameter to create a secure fastening.
Countersunk Blind Rivets are commonly used in Aerospace, Automotive and Electronics industries, amongst many others.
Materials
Countersunk Blind Rivets are available in a range of materials, including Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum.
