What are Rotary Bearings?

Rotary Bearings are a versatile and commonly-used component. FAG Germany bearings made from steel are available from Accu with a single or double metal shield. There are also options for rubber sealed versions and open sided bearings. The open sided variants are also known as deep groove bearings. They are designed to allow for external lubrication or operation within a vacuum. They are suitable for high-speed rotation, require little maintenance, and can operate at very low noise levels.

6000 Series

6000 'Extra Light' Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed for applications with space and weight restrictions. 

6200 Series

6200 'Light' Deep Groove Bearings feature deepened raceways for enhanced balance.

6300 Series

6300 'Medium' Deep Groove Bearings are functionally similar to 6200 Series Bearings, but feature larger balls for enhanced load-bearing capabilities.

6800 Series

6800 Deep Groove Bearings are a heavy duty bearing with deep raceways for enhance performance and larger balls for superior load-bearing abilities. 

Plastic Bearings

In addition to the steel bearings by FAG Germany, Accu is also an authorised distributor of BNL Bearings. These superior moulded thermoplastic bearings are manufactured from lightweight Acetal. They are corrosion and water resistant and do not require any lubrication. They have low inertia and are said to have over 80% higher performance than machined plastic bearings.
