What are Polyfix 30° Thread Profile Pozi Pan Head Screws?
Pozi Pan Head Polyfix 30 Screws (also called Polyfix 30's) are designed for use with pre-drilled pilot holes in plastic. These components feature a specialised thread forming trilobular thread, which is designed to tap its own thread into a plastic housing. A Polyfix 30 Screw has a thread angle of 30 degrees, making it particularly effective when used in low-density and medium-density plastics.
The Pozi drive of this fastener is suitable for use with Accu's range of Pozi Drive Bits and Pozi Screwdrivers.
Materials
Pozi Pan Head Polyfix 30 Screws are manufactured from A2-70 Stainless Steel. Chemical Matte Black Coatings are available.
Metric Pozi Pan Head Polyfix 30 Screws
Pozi Pan Head Polyfix 30 Screws are available in a range of metric thread diameters, from 2.5mm to 4mm. Lengths are available between 6mm and 25mm.
