Slotted Nylon Tip Set Screws have the ability to match the shape of a mating component. These fasteners can be used for fastenings against uneven or angled surfaces, as well as round shafts. Because of their elasticity, Nylon tips also make these components self-locking after installation. The Nylon insert also gives Nylon Tip Set Screws electrical insulating properties.

The slotted drive of this component allows it to be easily installed with Accu’s range of Slotted Drive Bits and Slotted Screwdrivers.

Materials

Slotted Nylon Tip Set Screws can be manufactured from both A2 and A4 Stainless Steel, with a flexible Nylon insert.

Slotted Nylon Tip Set Screws are available in metric dimensions as standard. thread diameters range from M2 to M8, and Lengths range from 3mm up to 25mm.

Imperial
