A Stepper Motor Driver is vital to any Stepper Motor assembly. Stepper Motor Drivers convert signals from an indexer or a controller into electrical pulses, which are then sent to a Stepper Motor.

Generally, 0.3A-2.0A Drivers are used for NEMA 14 and NEMA 17 Stepper Motors to prevent damage to either component during operation. 1.5A-4.5A Drivers are generally used for NEMA 23 Stepper Motors, but caution should be taken in selecting the ideal Driver for its corresponding Motor.

Stepper Motors are ideal for use within an Accu Gear train, Belt and Pulley system, or Leadscrew assembly.
