Countersunk heads are designed to sit flush with the target housing, and Pozi drives are intended to reduce cam-out during high-torque operation. Components within this range are compatible with AccuScrews’ ranges of Pozi Drive Bits and Pozi Screwdrivers.

Pozi Self Tapping Countersunk Screws are sold in a wide range of materials including A2 and A4 Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK. AccuScrews can also provide Chemical Black Coatings on Stainless Steel components.

Imperial Pozi Self Tapping Countersunk Screws

These products are manufactured according to DIN 9782C Z, and are available in a range of imperial thread sizes, from No. 2 up to No. 14, and in lengths of between 3/16 inch and 4.3/4 inch. Non-standard dimensions can also be manufactured according to customer specifications.
