What are Pozi Self Tapping Countersunk Screws?

Pozi Self Tapping Countersunk Screws are intended for use with countersunk pilot holes, and are capable of creating their own threads within a pre-drilled hole. Countersunk heads are designed to sit flush with the target housing, and Pozi drives are intended to reduce cam-out during high-torque operation. Components within this range are compatible with AccuScrews’ ranges of Pozi Drive Bits and Pozi Screwdrivers.

These products are manufactured according to DIN 9782C Z, and are available in a range of imperial thread sizes, from No. 2 up to No. 14, and in lengths of between 3/16 inch and 4.3/4 inch. Non-standard dimensions can also be manufactured according to customer specifications.
