A Captive Screw features an unthreaded portion below the screw's head. When coupled with a specialist Captive Washer, Low Head Captive Screws are designed to be self-retaining after installation.

Low Head Cap Captive Screws are similar in design to Accu's standard Head Cap Captive Screws range. The modified head is ideal for applications and assemblies that are limited by a smaller space envelope.
