What are Form C Washers For Steel Structures?
A punched Plain Washer produced to grade C of the DIN 7989-1 manufacturing standard, this type of component is designed specifically for use within structural steelwork.
Commonly referred to as Washers For Steel Structures, or informally known as Thick Flat Washers, this type of component is used for spacing where large bearing surfaces are a requirement. This washer features a larger external diameter (OD) and thickness (height) than more common Metric Flat Washers.
Materials
Steel Structure Form C Washers are manufactured in A2 Stainless Steel or Marine Grade Stainless Steel (316). Both material options can be supplied in our specialist chemical matte black finish.
Sizes
Our range of Form C Washers For Steel Structures are made to suit thread diameters M10 to M30, with a nominal height, or thickness, of 8mm (+/- 1.2mm).
