What are Imperial Full Thread Carriage Bolts?

Imperial Full Thread Carriage Bolts are typically used to secure wood to metal and feature a smooth rounded head with a square neck, designed to be fastened using a spanner or wrench. Installing these bolts into a square hole offers a self-locking fastening solution.

Fully Threaded Imperial Carriage Bolts are manufactured in accordance with ANSI B18.5. An alternative featuring an unthreaded shank is also available in our range of Plain Imperial Carriage Bolts.

Full Thread Imperial Carriage Bolts are available in diameters ranging from ¼” up to ¾”. Thread Lengths range from 1 inch up to 5.½ inches.
