Conflict Minerals Reporting Statement (CMRT).

Accu is committed to responsible sourcing of minerals. Accu Limited requires all inbound and outbound products to be free from the elements (or derivatives of) tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold – collectively known as 3TG – originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries.

Accu recognizes that conflict minerals such as tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold might be used in the manufacturing of our products and that their sourcing can have a significant social, economic, and environmental impact.

If a product we sell contains these materials we will take these measures to ensure compliance:

● Accu will conduct due diligence on our supply chain to identify the source of minerals in the products that we sell

● Accu will prioritise sourcing from smelters and refiners that have been certified as conflict-free by independent third-party auditors

● Accu will annually review its Conflict Minerals Statements and make any amendments if necessary

We believe by adopting these policies we can help be a positive influence in the world and help prevent the use of minerals that fuel conflict, human rights abuses, and environmental degradation in conflict-affected regions. We are committed to appraising our compliance with any current and future national or international requirements in relation to the prohibition of conflict minerals.
