Hello, How Can We Help?
Return to Quality and Environmental Assurance

Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items (CFSI) Policy.

At Accu, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards counterfeit goods. We want to assure our customers that any counterfeit or non-conforming items will not be accepted by Accu, and we will investigate any such instances to ensure that our supply chain remains free from counterfeit and non-conforming components. We take pride in our commitment to providing only genuine, high-quality products to our customers.

This policy will serve as a comprehensive framework, in conjunction with our ISO 9001 certified Quality Management system, to identify and prevent any counterfeit, fraudulent, or suspect items from entering our manufacturing network. The requirements of this policy must flow up the supply chain.

Commitments

Purchasing:

● All employees involved in the purchasing of goods are informed about the potential of CFSI and are advised to only purchase from certified manufacturers and suppliers.

Test and Verification:

● If any material is suspected of being counterfeit at any point, then additional testing must be done to confirm whether this material is counterfeit or not.

Control of Non-conforming goods:

● All goods must be processed through a Quality Management System which contains procedures for identifying and controlling the non conformance of goods.

● Suspected counterfeit material is to be controlled to prevent its intended use or re-entry into the supply chain.
