THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data which has been anonymised such that a person’s identity is removed.

HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?
We collect personal data in a number of different ways. For example, we may collect personal data through this website (including via the contact form on our ‘Contact Us’ page or via our live chat facility), by email or over the phone.

PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. The information below explains the purposes for which we use different categories of personal data and the legal basis or bases which we believe applies to those uses. We may process your personal data for more than one lawful basis depending on the specific purpose for which we are using your data.
Operating our website
We may process your identity and contact data, technical data and profile data, for the purposes of administering and operating this website. This may include troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance and support. This helps us to continually improve this website and the products we can offer. Disclosure of data to third parties

Recruitment
We invite individuals who are interested in applying for a position to work with us or who wish to gain work experience. This involves us using identity and contact data and other information about experience and employment history to consider an application. Individuals may occasionally provide us with special category data for this purpose for example, health information in order to facilitate an interview. We use this type of data when we have your consent to do so, where we need to comply with a legal obligation or where it is necessary for legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
We do not normally use Automated Decision Making to process your personal data except throughout the recruitment process. This involves identity and contact data, we process this data when we have your explicit consent to do so. This is when a decision is made which is based solely on automated processing (including profiling) which produces legal effects or significantly affects an individual.
We will only collect information about criminal convictions if it is appropriate given the nature of the role as part of the recruitment process and where we are legally able to do so.
Surveillance Footage
For the purposes of security at our premises we process surveillance footage (CCTV) in accordance with the ICO. Please review our separate CCTV policy to understand how we process this data.
Legal Rights
In addition, we may disclose information about you to the extent that we are required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention) and/or where we may otherwise do so in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data other than in relation to sending marketing communications to you via email. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us and further information is provided about this below.
MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS
From time to time we may use your data including identity and contact data, technical data and profile data and marketing and communications data, to contact you with promotional and marketing communications, and information about our products. You will receive marketing communications from us if you have agreed to be included on our marketing database or in some cases where you have purchased products from us and have chosen not to unsubscribe.
The type and content of marketing messages is outlined when you sign up to our marketing database. Email marketing messages may contain tracking links or similar technologies in order to track user activity within email marketing messages for example so that we can see what products you might be interested in.
You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting us at any time, using the contact details above.
We may occasionally use your contact data to carry out customer profiling to improve our marketing strategies.
CHANGE OF PURPOSE
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do not share or disclosure personal data with unconnected third parties without your consent. We do however share and disclosure your personal data with our third-party service providers where this is necessary to provide our services to you (for example, our delivery agents and payment providers). We may have to share your personal data with other parties such as our professional advisers, third parties to whom we may sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or assets, and service providers.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We do not generally transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). - Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent to process your personal data. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdraw your consent.
EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure personal data is not disclosed to a person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you to clarify your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests in which case we will keep you updated.
