What are Torx Low Cap Head Screws?

Torx Low Cap Head Screws are fitted with a hexalobular Torx drive (also called 6lobe or star drive), to prevent cam-out during operation. Accu's Torx Low Cap Head Screws are designed for use with our Torx Drive Bits. These components also feature a reduced head height, for space-saving and aesthetic purposes.

In addition to stainless steel torx low cap head screws, this product is also available in other materials, such as Aluminum, Brass, PPS, Reny and PEEK. A full-size variant of this component is also available, and can be found in Accu's Torx Cap Head Screws range. Materials.

Hexalobular Low Cap Head Screws are available in a variety of materials, including Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Reny, PPS, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK. Chemical Blackening conversion coating and Nylon Thread Locking Patches can be applied to all Stainless Steel components, and non-standard material choices are available on customer request. 

Metric Torx Low Cap Head Screws.

Hexalobular Low Cap Head Screws are available in metric sizes, with lengths ranging from 3mm to 80mm, and thread sizes of between M2 and M8. All components within this product range have a maximum thread length, which will be specified in the technical specification for each individual component.
