Torx Raised Countersunk Screws

What are Torx Raised Countersunk Screws?

AccuScrews’ Raised Hexalobular Countersunk Screws feature a Torx drive, also known as 6lobe, which prevents cam-out under high-torque operation. Raised Hexalobular Countersunk screws are intended for use with pre-drilled countersunk holes, and will sit flush with the target housing. The raised head of these components also gives them an aesthetically pleasing appearance. These components are designed for use with AccuScrews' Hexalobular Drive Bits.

In addition to A2 and A4 Stainless Steel, Torx Raised Countersunk Screws are available in a range of materials, including Aluminum, Brass, Phosphor Bronze and PEEK. Additional features such as Chemical Blackening and Thread Locking Patches are also available. All components within this range are precision rolled to achieve tolerances of ±0.13mm.

Metric

Torx Raised Countersunk screws are manufactured in metric sizes in accordance with DIN standard 966. These components can be purchased in diameters ranging from M2 to M8, and lengths of between 3.00mm and 100.00mm. Additional sizes can also be manufactured on request.
