Accu offers a 90-day returns policy on all standard components, a 12-month warranty as standard and an extended 36-month warranty on selected ranges. Returns are processed via the online Returns Form below, with refunds typically completed within 7 working days from receipt of returned goods.
Returns Policy.
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, standard range components can be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt, provided they are unused, fit for resale and returned in original packaging with the product label attached and visible. Q: How long have i got to make a return?
A: All of our standard ranges are offered with a full 90 day returns policy, and can be returned for a refund if they are unused and fit for resale.
Q: How do I make a return?
A: To return your components, complete our online Returns Form. Once submitted, further instructions, including the return address, will be emailed to you by our customer solutions team. Please allow 7 working days from receipt of the returned components for inspection and refund processing.
Q: Can I return part of my order?
A: Yes, partial returns are accepted. Complete our Returns Form, specifying the components you want to return. Once approved and the items have been received and inspected, the partial refund will be processed, typically within 7 working days.
Q: Can I return custom-manufactured components?
A: Custom-manufactured or modified components can be returned if they are faulty or do not meet the specification outlined at the time of order. Contact our Customer Solutions Team to arrange a return for custom components; these are handled separately from standard returns.
Refunds.
Q: How long will my refund take?
A: For returned components, please allow 7 working days from receipt of your returned goods for inspection and processing. For cancelled orders where a refund is due, allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear on your bank statement. A member of the Customer Satisfaction Team will confirm when the refund has been processed.
Order Issues.
Q: What should I do if I received the wrong components?
A: Contact our Customer Satisfaction Team immediately with your Accu order reference or invoice number and the email address used to place the order. The team will work to resolve the discrepancy as quickly as possible. If you ordered the wrong components by mistake, please use our Returns Form to start a standard return. Our team can also help identify the correct components for you if you require help.
Q: Can I cancel an order that has already been dispatched?
A: If your order has already been dispatched and you no longer need it, you can return the components under our 90-day returns policy once they arrive by filling out our Returns Form. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact our Customer Solutions Team to request a cancellation as soon as possible, as we may be able to action your refund before components are dispatched.
Warranty.
Q: What warranty does Accu provide?
A: All standard range components come with a 12-month warranty. Many product ranges, such as stainless steel components, carry an extended 36-month warranty from the point of purchase. The applicable warranty period is displayed on the product page for each component at the point of order.
